Shipping policy
We know how exciting it is to receive your Sereni Jewelry, especially if you've ordered your case for a specific occasion, and we’ll do our best to make sure you receive your order ASAP!
What are your shipping rates and times?
Shipping rate changes according to the destinations. But we do offer free shipping for all orders over $90.
Standard shipping will take 5-12 business days from the day the order is shipped. Every order will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link where you can track your package along the way.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order before it's shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process.
However, processing may take longer if your address is invalid or if items are out of stock. In such cases, one of our customer service representatives will reach out via email. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping worldwide. Please feel free to reach out if you are unsure if we offer shipping to your location!
Does Sereni Jewelry covers import tax/customs/duties?
All applicable duties, taxes, and fees are included in the total amount of your order.
